The Focused Selection Process
The competitive process for the Min & Iso genres is less cumbersome but does have a special skill-testing phase necessary for final selection. That entire process involves three primary steps:
Single-Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)

Stage 2 The Test of the Critical Skill:
Candidates who qualify in the CBT on merit are called for the post specific Skill Test. This part is a requirement but it’s used to see if you have the practical knowledge of what your particular role involves.
